Workspaces

Purpose

A workspace lets you group projects by topic, customer project or the people who have access to that workspace.

Workspaces also let teams work in parallel on all Govies in the same workspace.

Settings

To open the settings, click the workspace name and select Workspace Settings at the bottom.

Here you can add new users to your workspace, remove existing users from the workspace or promote them to administrators to give them additional permissions.

In the Subscription menu (1) you can change the plan for the current workspace.

The license overview (2) shows all available license models you can choose from.

A user overview (3) lists all users in the current workspace. Users shown in blue are administrators and have additional permissions, such as duplicating or moving a Govie to another workspace.

Workspace upgrade

For each workspace, you can choose one of the four available license models. The current license model determines the current limitations, for example how many people can access the workspace and its projects at the same time.

After registering for the first time, each user receives a new workspace with the free Personal Plan.
